2026 is shaping up to be one of the biggest years of John Krasinski's career. Not only is he back to one of his signature roles in Jack Ryan with the new Prime Video original thriller, Ghost War, he's also currently filming the fourth installment in his massively successful horror franchise, A Quiet Place. Krasinski directed the first two Quiet Place movies starring his wife Emily Blunt before passing directorial control to Michael Sarnoski for the 2024 prequel, A Quiet Place: Day One. He'll return to the director's chair for A Quiet Place Part III, which is coming to theaters next summer. At one point in his career, Krasinski was only known as the goofy guy from The Office, but he's since established himself as one of the most formidable action stars working in Hollywood today.
