The first feature film that immediately comes to mind is War Machine, led by the towering star Alan Ritchson, who is best known for his role in Prime Video's Reacher series. After War Machine netted over 135 million views during its initial viewing window, the film officially earned a spot on the all-time top 10 Netflix most-watched movies list, and the sequel is coming soon. Netflix also brought another different blockbuster to the screen with Apex, the gritty survival thriller starring Charlize Theron and Taron Egerton. While Apex fell short of War Machine's viewership numbers, it still did well enough to become one of the most-watched movies of 2026.
