Prime Video's Reacher is a story perfect for television. As in Lee Child's books on which the series is based, Jack Reacher drifts from town to town, where he encounters problems that he is uniquely suited to solve. Alan Ritchson is perfect in the role of an ex-military major with formidable strength. Reacher's problem-solving abilities and habit of getting into brawls are a crowd-pleaser, but there are only so many episodes of the fan-favorite series.
