Based on the 2008 comics created by David Hine and Fabrice Sapolsky, Spider-Noir isn't what most fans would expect from Marvel's friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, and is essentially a love letter to classic film noir movies such as The Maltese Falcon, The Lady from Shanghai, and Sunset Boulevard.
