'Fallout' Officially Brings Back Maximus in 2027 for Brand-New Release




The last few years have been huge for Fallout fans, and not just thanks to one of the greatest video game adaptations in history. Back in 2024, Prime Video launched the first season of Fallout as a binge, and the show was a massive hit, scoring widespread acclaim from critics and fans and earning a Season 2 renewal. The show came back on a respectable timeline, returning at the end of 2025 for its second season, which bled into the early months of 2026 — to no one's surprise, Fallout Season 2 was also a success, and Season 3 is confirmed to be on the way in 2027. Bethesda also recently announced that the fifth entry in the Fallout franchise is officially being developed at the studio, albeit not with the same commitment as The Elder Scrolls 6, which is being prioritized at the moment.
