Alan Ritchson Officially Sets Prime Video Return After 'Reacher' Season 4




The number-one series on Prime Video for the last month or so has been Reacher. This shouldn't come as a surprise, given how popular the show has been over the course of the last few years. Based on the bestsellers by Lee Child, the show premiered in 2022 with Alan Ritchson in the lead role. Ritchson was relatively unproven, taking over the mantle of Reacher from none other than Tom Cruise. But while Cruise's two movies weren't particularly well-received by fans, Ritchson and his show were quickly embraced. Ritchson is now among the biggest draws on streaming, having delivered one of Netflix's most-watched movies of all time earlier this year — War Machine. The fourth season of Reacher premiered on Prime Video on August 12, and will end on September 16. In a twist, fans won't have to wait another year for Ritchson's return as the character.
