'Death at a Funeral' Meets 'Happy Gilmore' In First Look at New R-Rated Dramedy




There are few things quite like spending time with family, making memories, and perhaps having a cold pint or two while the mood is right and everyone's having a good time. Edward Burns is aiming to capture that feeling with his latest directorial effort, Finnegan's Foursome, a sports comedy-drama about two Irish-American brothers and their adult children going on a golfing holiday in their homeland in honor of their father's last wishes. Having already perfected the formula for familial dramedy with his 1995 breakout hit The Brothers McMullen, he appears to be returning to what he does best in a story built on competitiveness but driven by the unbreakable bonds of love.
