Acclaimed 'Until Dawn' Horror Game Studio Officially Announces Mass Layoffs




2026 has been jam-packed with successful new gaming releases, but some of the best are yet to come in the final few months of the year. After being announced all the way back in September 2021 with a short teaser, Marvel's Wolverine is finally set to be released next month on September 15, exclusively on PlayStation 5. The game launches courtesy of Insomniac Games, the same studio that has delivered all three entries in the critically acclaimed and successful Spider-Man trilogy. Following only two months after Marvel's Wolverine is one of the biggest gaming launches in history, Grand Theft Auto 6. After the unprecedented longevity of Grand Theft Auto 5 and the colossal success of Red Dead Redemption 2 from 2018 to now, it's safe to say expectations are sky-high for the next game from Rockstar.
